Pinch A Penny did wonders on my pool.I’ve recently decided to redo my pavers and while my pavers look pristine my pool was the worst it’s ever looked...From the first phone call I made to what my pool looks like now, I would like to thank Bri and the Crew at Lake Mary. She took my first phone call when I was in panic because my pool looked so bad. It took a little longer than expected to clean up but every step of the way Bri reassured me that things would be okay.As she said “beauty takes time”.We even got a new pump that’s not noisy and a weekly service out of the deal.I mean, what more could you ask for?Thank you Lake Mary Pinch A Penny for putting my panic at ease, my pool looks amazing.

Rude as can be. 1st time I went, the car rep told me to put muric acid in my above ground pool. Passed it off as a learning mistake. 2nd time I went, female Tech was so short and curt. And did not know about the filter of which I was speaking. Now my pool is green. Winter Springs Pinch A Penny was a COMPLETELY different experience. Knowledgeable and accommodating. Although not all the needs for an above ground pool could be met there, they directed me further. Love those Guys won’t go back to LM store. Too many options.

Pretty good place if you have pool needs. They are very helpful you can have free water Analysis. They also have technician that can help assess any problems that you have with your pool.

Every time Ive come to this Pinch-a-Penny theyre always extremely friendly and weve never had any issues with them. We now have 4 pools in the house and whenever we need supplies or chemicals, our first stop has always been this store. Keep up the great work guys! I highly recommend them :)

All I have to say is WOW. Customer for 2 years with this pinch a penny Lake Mary. Requested a quote to get a pool light fixed. Zero information that it costs 80$ for them to come to your house and tell you it’s broken. This was clearly missed as I know it’s broken, I needed a quote to fix it. Contractor calls me to collect on the 80$ and I tell him my concerns and tells me he will put a lien on my house and hangs up. I haven’t experienced this type of customer service even from a 5 year old throwing a tantrum. I walked into the store and met with the owners who have zero regard to keep my overall business and fix the relationship. spend your money there at your own risk.

They are experts at pool care. They are helpful, friendly and maintain a fun atmosphere in the store. My pool looks great and checks out great as I follow their advice on treatments.

Ownership is knowledgeable about all products I have ever asked. They have good people serving customers there. Prices are competitive. We just bought a pool vacuum with nearly 200$ in rates and gift cards!

They provide bottles for the customer to fill and bring to their store so they can test the chemicals and provide a printout of the water analysis. With the results of the analysis, you know you re getting the facts and not an assumption of how to treat your pool water.All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I feel confident with their service.

I went to the store to get a skimmer and possibly get a few questions answered as I purchased my very first pool house. The owner of the place, Stephen was extremely help and knowledgeable. He was not trying to sell something to me, he was providing answers to all my questions. He even told me about an upcoming sale. I would highly recommend visiting them if you are not sure what to get for your pool.

Thanks to Steffan for following up on installation. Rain didnt help scheduling. Techs did good job of removing and replacing pool filter. Would recommend to other potential customers.
